Top Tracks # 5 - Everything Everything - Photoshop Handsome

Unusually for this series of random recommendations this one’s pretty recent (even though it has strong echoes of early 80’s legends XTC). On top of being a generally brilliant track (bonkers lyrics, some nice vocal harmonies and a side order of military drumming for good measure) the video’s not bad either. And, guess what? By a strange quirk of fate the band’s playing in Birmingham next Wednesday 28^th October at The Flapper...whether they'll end up beating each other senseless remains to be seen.
